These are the terms on which we sell and deliver business audits. By buying an audit or using this site, you agree to them.
A business audit is a written assessment of the business and website you tell us about. We research publicly available information, ask you about the problems your business is facing, analyse both, and give you findings, recommendations, and a suggested 90-day plan. It is delivered as a web page at a private link, usually within minutes of you finishing the questions.
The report is the whole of what you are buying. Where a report offers a call to talk it through, that call is arranged separately and is not part of this purchase; nothing is held back from the report to make such a call necessary.
Audits are a single payment, taken at checkout by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
If — and only if — you tick the optional consent box at intake, we may introduce you to marketing agencies who pay us for the introduction, and share your business and contact details with them. It is never a condition of buying or receiving your audit, and you can withdraw at any time. The detail is in our Privacy Policy.
We do not control what an agency does after an introduction. If one contacts you in a way you did not expect, tell us and we will stop working with them.
Some tool recommendations are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up through them. These links never change what we recommend — recommendations follow the evidence, and plenty of them point at tools we earn nothing from. Affiliate links are marked wherever they appear.
Do not resell, republish, or redistribute our reports as your own work, attempt to circumvent payment, submit websites you have no right to submit, or use the service to gather information about a business without a legitimate reason. We may refuse service or cancel an audit, with a refund, if we believe any of these are happening.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party sources we rely on may be unavailable; when that happens the audit says so rather than guessing.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to what you paid us for the audit in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business decisions made on the basis of an audit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Texarkana, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your audit are the ones published when you bought it.
